How Long Does It Take to Manifest?

Human beings are inherently wired to need answers. We need to be able to measure a concept to accept it as truth. To do this, we need to know the how and the when. So when we are unable to determine the “how” or “when”, the next anxious thoughts are usually, “How long does it take to manifest? How long will it take until I can see/observe my desire?”

I get this question a lot. Trust me, this was yet another stumbling block I experienced when I began applying the Law. The thing is, it’s not our job to determine the how/when your manifestation will come to pass. At least, it’s not our conscious mind and its limitations that dictates how and when your desire will materialize. That job is up to our Awareness, or God that resides within.

I get that this is probably not the answer you were seeking. I also get that the nebulous and conflicting answers taught by other manifestation teachers can be confusing. Some teachers say manifestations happen instantly, and others claim there will always be a time delay between when you’ve imagined and the time it takes to materialize.

So which is it?

Through my own personal experience, along with careful and meticulous studying and applying of Neville’s teachings, I’ve found there are two main factors that determine how long it takes to manifest:

  1. The time it takes for your subconscious mind to accept the new idea or desire; and
  2. The time it takes for your desire to materialize once accepted by the subconscious mind.

BYPASSING THE GATEKEEPER

Your subconscious mind is God, the Creator, the Awareness in which everything exists. The subconscious is your impersonal and subjective mind. It will accept any thoughts, beliefs and assumptions that your conscious mind accepts as true. Once accepted, the subconscious mind goes to work in physically materializing those beliefs into our 3D world. Our objective reality is made up of the beliefs and assumptions that have been accepted and “impressed” onto the subconscious mind.

Your conscious mind is your objective mind, the mind connected to your personal identity. It’s a collection of your past experiences, beliefs, and the presumptions you hold to be true. Our conscious mind…
